When you first open TablePilot, you'll see a list of tournament presets: Standard, Turbo, and Deep Stack. Tap one to load it, then hit Start. You can also customize the blind structure in Settings before starting.

Yes. Open Settings (gear icon in the top right), then tap "Edit Blind Structure." From there you can add, remove, and reorder blind levels, insert breaks, and adjust durations for each level individually.

Yes. If you leave the app, lock your phone, or even force-quit, TablePilot will recover your session when you return. The timer accounts for elapsed time automatically — no drift, no lost progress.

Open Settings, scroll to the Alerts section, and toggle on "Voice Announcements." The app will speak the new blind level each time it changes. You can also enable a spoken warning before each level change under "Level Change Warning."

Live Activity shows the current blind level and remaining time on your Lock Screen without opening the app. On iPhone 14 Pro and later, it also appears in the Dynamic Island. The Live Activity starts automatically when you begin a tournament.

Switch to the Players tab. Tap the "+" button to add a player. Enter a name and optionally assign a seat number. Players appear in the list where you can track rebuys, add-ons, and eliminations during the tournament.

Enable rebuys and/or add-ons in Settings under "Rebuys & Add-ons." Once enabled, each player row shows +/- buttons to record rebuys. You can set a rebuy period (e.g., through Level 4) and designate a specific break for add-ons. The prize pool updates automatically.

Go to the Payouts tab. Set the buy-in amount in Settings, and TablePilot calculates the total prize pool from entry fees, rebuys, and add-ons. Choose a preset payout structure (e.g., Top 3) or create a custom one. Percentages adjust automatically to always total 100%.

The free tier includes the timer, blind structure, and up to 6 players. Premium unlocks unlimited players, rebuy & add-on tracking, and the payout calculator. Premium is available as a monthly subscription, annual subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase.

Open Settings and tap "Restore Purchases" in the Premium section. Your subscription or lifetime purchase will be restored automatically via your Apple ID.

Yes. Tournament data syncs automatically via iCloud between your iPhone and iPad. Make sure iCloud is enabled in your device settings and that both devices are signed in with the same Apple ID.

Tap the Reset button below the timer. A confirmation dialog will appear to prevent accidental resets. Confirm to restart from Level 1.
