TablePilot is a poker tournament director for iOS. Your privacy matters, and this policy explains how the app handles your data.
No Personal Data Collection
TablePilot does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. There are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no login screens. Player names entered in the app are stored only on your device and in your private iCloud container.
No Analytics or Tracking
The app contains no analytics frameworks, no crash reporting SDKs, and no advertising trackers. We do not use cookies, device fingerprinting, or any other tracking mechanism.
iCloud Sync
TablePilot uses Apple's CloudKit to sync your tournament data (blind structures, player names, settings) between your own devices. This data is stored in your private iCloud container, managed entirely by Apple. We cannot access, read, or modify your iCloud data. Sync can be disabled by turning off iCloud for TablePilot in your device's Settings.
In-App Purchases
TablePilot uses RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and in-app purchases. RevenueCat processes your purchase through Apple's App Store and receives an anonymous app user ID to manage your subscription status. No personal information (name, email, payment details) is shared with RevenueCat or with us. For more information, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
Local Storage
App preferences (sound settings, timer state) are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage (UserDefaults). Tournament data (players, blind structures, sessions) is stored using SwiftData with CloudKit sync. This data is not accessible to us or any third party beyond Apple's iCloud infrastructure.
Children's Privacy
TablePilot does not collect personal data from anyone, including children. The app complies with COPPA and similar regulations by design.
Changes to This Policy
If this privacy policy changes in the future, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new "Last updated" date.
